The DEK 6.5HP Petrol Engine is a practical replacement and drive engine for Kiwi customers needing dependable petrol power for pumps, machinery and general workshop or rural applications. This model uses a 196cc 4-stroke single cylinder OHV air-cooled petrol engine and is rated at 6.5hp @ 3600rpm, making it a handy option for smaller equipment where reliable output and easy starting matter. 

It comes fitted with both electric start and pull start, giving you flexibility depending on how the engine is being used and whether battery starting is available. The engine runs a horizontal 19mm keyway shaft with counter clockwise PTO output direction, which makes it a useful option for a wide range of New Zealand machinery and replacement engine setups. 

The product page also lists a 3.6 litre fuel tank, 0.6 litre oil capacity, 72dB(A) noise level at 7 metres, and a weight of 18kg, giving you a compact and manageable engine for workshop, farm and lifestyle block jobs.
