Shipping Time
Most of our parcels and pellet goods are sent using Team Global Express. This includes small sachet/courier bag deliveries. Team Global Express is a nationwide service provider with depots in most when using their sachet/courier bags, except for rural delivery address. Cartons, boxed ticketed, bulk or heavy items take a little longer.
For general small sachet/courier bag items, orders dispatched usually will take between 1-3 working days
For some of our bulkier products, due to the nature and size of these products, delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 working days from when we dispatch. Larger items may require a quote, due to their weight, and can only be delivered by special โTail-Gateโ lifters fitted to available trucks if a home delivery is required. This can add extra time to deliveries. All prices for packages greater than 25kg or 0.125mยณ are to urban address Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment.
In every case we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order, which will include the track and trace number from the delivery company we are using.
Do you have click and instore pickup?
General finished goods orders are generally available for store collection within 2 hours of placing the order. However, if we are in an out-of-stock position, we will notify you of the delivery expectation time by text, email or phone. We will re-contact you once your order is ready to collect.
Delivery times
- 1-2 working days delivery by satchel/courier bag, general items when dispatched before 2:00pm Monday-Thursday.
- 2-3 working days delivery by satchel/courier bag for rural delivery (a surcharge will apply).
- 3-4 working days delivery for โstocked itemsโ which are via Courier Post but larger than what will fit in a satchel.
- 3-5 business days rural delivery.
- 3-7 business days bulky/large items and very heavy items.
Please note: Statutory Holidays must be considered when placing an order. These will extend the normal delivery times.
Responsibility and liability for the delivery of goods?
By placing an order with Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment, customers automatically accept and understand the following terms, conditions and liabilities of the transaction. Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment can only take full responsibility of your delivery order to your nominated address, providing Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment ship the goods with Track and Trace and that the goods are signature accepted personally by an authorised adult at the nominated address. Any special instructions, e.g: โLeave in letterbox, leave by front doorโ or similar, will negate any responsibility or liability whatsoever by Buy Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment for the delivery of any goods. All goods are limited to risk pursuant to the Carriage of Goods ACT 1979. Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment will not accept any consequential loss, damages or liability whatsoever.
